Project Development

An image for a project I am developing with Scott Godlewski, not much to talk about right now, but I think this turned out really well so I wanted to post it since most of the stuff I have been doing lately has been coloring his linework and it's stuff I don't want to post yet. So far it's been an excellent experience and a ton of fun. Pencils by Scott, Inks and Colors by me. Click the image for full size.

I can't believe you managed to get such a cool piece out of my chicken scratch. You're a pro, man.

This was so much fun to work on, it took a lot more time than I anticipated, but I really love the final result.

Did the inking take longer than you expected? Or was it the coloring? What I've seen of your colors have been dynamite.

Yeah, inks took about twice as long as the colors, I was so afraid of screwing it up.

Trust me, you could only make those pencils better. Maybe I'll post those so people can see how good inks can save bad pencils.

Congrats to both of you, this is a great pic. Personally, I'd love to see the fight scene that came before it...

Good luck on your project(s)!

Dan
